Health and nutrition can be overwhelming.  There are a bazillion different diets out there and a million different philosophies. So, here's what I want you to do.


Take it all one step at a time!  Don't get overwhelmed.  Don't get stressed out.  Stressing out about health is counterproductive to your health!  Get it?


Make it simple.


Don't think of the way you feed yourself as a "diet."  Diets don't last.  Think of it as NOURISHING your body with yummy food (real food) that will energize you and make you more capable of fulfilling your destiny (and, more capable of doing one more load of laundry!). 


Take one step at a time.


This week, go explore a health food store.  See what's there.  Smell the aromas.  Check out their fruits and veggies.  Just get comfortable!  Enjoy.  Browse.  It's fun!
